The hotel is opening an exclusive rooftop bar for the summer season, situated on the terrace of one of its luxury private residences. A stylish oasis with comfortable loungers, the bar offers views across the Tower of London and The Shard. Head Bartender of the hotel's Rotunda bar, Harry Nikolaou, has created a special menu of seasonal cocktails just for the residence with options including The Mexican, a twist on the classic margarita and The Colada, a minimalist take on the pina colada. Guests can also tuck into a curated selection of bar snacks such as dim sum and creative sushi rolls.

The outdoor terrace at the OXO Tower Bar brings a little corner of France to the South Bank this summer, with French wines and fruit infusions made in Bordeaux on the menu. The 'French Rendez-Vous' makeover includes a redesign of the terrace, a photo wall, accents of red flowers and a swing seat. A cocktail menu showcases the Lillet Rose, a light summery drink, whether in a Spritz, mixing rose with elderflower cordial and premium tonic, or the French Negroni.

Granary Square Brasserie brings a taste of the Caribbean to London this summer with its tropical terrace created in partnership with Jamaican coconut rum, Koko Kanu. The pop-up has transformed the restaurant's outdoor area into a tropical paradise complete with palm trees, vibrant flowers and fluttering hummingbirds. Once guests have entered through the eye-catching palm tree archway, they will be able to get comfy among floral prints and teal accents - the perfect setting to relax with a limited-edition Koko Kanu cocktail. Lunch and dinner will both be available on the terrace and to complement the pop-up the restaurant will be hosting a series of tropical brunch events throughout the summer complete with live music and DJ sets.

The J Sheekey Atlantic Bar terrace is an elegant spot for some top notch pre-theatre food.
